Howling at the moon

My grandniece sent me an image and asked if I could paint it for her.  It turned out to be a delightful endeavor for me.  She loves it and so do I.  

Goldfinch

 Started a series of favorite birds.  My intent here was to make the background fuzzy so as to accentuate the goldfinch. 

Wisteria

This began as a painting of wisteria over a pond, reflecting in the water.  However, I had issues with getting the reflection right, so opted to re-create the scene.  The wisteria hangs over the pergola providing comfort and beauty.

Granddaughter turned 6 in Feb. 2020.  She loves Unicorns, so painted this image of her to hang in her new bedroom.
